Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to Space Tech Europe 2025. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:
Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 100% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

General cancellation policy:
From confirmation to 28th August 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.

From 29th August to 29th September 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 50% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From 30th September to 22nd October 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 30% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From 23rd October 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

Courtyard by Marriott Bremen cancellation policy:
From confirmation to 20th August 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.

From 21st August 2025, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

Intercity Hotel Bremen cancellation policy:
From confirmation to 12th May 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation no cancellation charges are applied.

From 13th May to 11th August 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 30% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From 12th August to 10th October 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation 10% of your total stay will be charged as administrative fees. Reduction of stay is permitted as long as the minimum stay is respected.

From 11th October, in case of cancellation or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: spacetechhotels@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.
Reservation modification changes: all reservation modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://spacetechhotels.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data.
